Have to feel for Hudson having to play 80 odd minutes v 10 men against teams with man for man technically better players.
Plus hindered by never ending injuries.
Questionable whether the coaching staff arguably aren’t good enough at this level.
City need a new manager regardless of the way the past 2 games have unfolded. Hudson is not a manager, nice bloke but he’s not even a good enough coach.
The malaise is set in and taking root. 5 games prior to the WC break with bizarrely 4 at home. Now is the time for City to act.
Plus hindered by never ending injuries.

Keep him or sack him, I honestly don't believe things will change for the better until we have football people on the board.
I maintain that a DoF would have alleviated much have what's happened since the start of the season.
I understand that gross misconduct is unacceptable, but let's be good employers and train and support people.

Don’t disagree but the club owners have never understood the football philosophy so their naivety, ignorance and egotism will never understand the football side of the business needs investment OFF the pitch.
Their choices of managers have been largely poor. Put another way swansea have had Rogers, Martinez, Potter who did so well there they ended up in some of the biggest jobs in the game. Ours end up with a P45.
The way we're heading, Warnock is a distinct possiblity. It depends how ambitious the club (Tan) is.
I suspect anyone with serious credentials is going to want a decent personal contract for himself and some serious spending committment in January.

Staying up is the paramount concern.
We’ve been in this position in the past 2 seasons and firstly McCarthy then Morison did enough to stave off relegation in those seasons but can Hudson?
Relegation would confine us to decades of misery. We're not exactly the most appealing proposition to players and managers as it is.
So, if we survive this time around, we have to make it worthwhile and take steps to ensure continued progress.

While it is not much fun walking along a crumbling cliff edge I can't imagine league 1 awaits us. Having said that certain people need to get their act together and get in a decent manager.
All Hudson had to do was win one of the last 3 games, We only sack managers if we are near the bottom of the league, a manager's job it to win games if they can`t do that why keep them. Any one of us could have lost the last 3 games, we might as well get someone from Outer *****lia to manage the club. Most fans are well aware what our best team is but apparently this is beyond the last two managers. Words fail me why suddenly Allsop is told to kick long every time.

I've been thinking for some time that the fans deserve a statement from the board regarding the vision for the club and a realistic appraisal of where we are. A little bit of openness might generate a bit of empathy.
The board might have liked him though even if he's a bit of a rough character.....I'll get my coat!!!
Suggestions that Neil Critchley is in the frame for new City manager.
Just lost his job at Villa when Gerrard was shown the door but did well before that as boss at Blackpool. He left them to join Gerrard as assistant at Villa when Michael Beale left to go for the QPR job.
Came through the ranks at Liverpool as a coach and we could do a lot worse.

Good grounding at Liverpool and did well at Blackpool working on a tight budget. Obviously thought it was another step up assisting Gerrard at Villa but that didn't work out.
Could be good for us but will need funds to improve the squad in January. Plus get shot of a few who haven't worked out.
