Reading some Sunderlands forums he's certainly divided opinion, many want him gone also others refer to him as being a bad influence off the field, i don't know what t make of it, massive risk, his discipline record we all know about,plus he has suffered with injuries over the last few seasons, and he's wages is another problem,still one of Sunderlands high earners, and after this summer when Ehab couldn't get our high earners out of the door fast enough, why go out and spend money on a high risk player, plus Adkins is on record as saying he wants "young and hungry" players, unless Darnbrough been offered him on the cheap and Adkins has been told "Nigel you'll get what your given".
