To be fair £400k is a lot of money nowadays.
You should be able to get several players for that as under contract footballers are notoriously cheap to buy...

Ehab cant get his head round the fact he lets our players leave for free while other clubs want to charge us for theirs
its all a game to Ehab - pretend he's doing something when he's not in a twisted way to demonstrate that hes trying to get deals done - he's not - if it gets too close he just pulls the plug - the first time we tried to sign Long on deadline day, he tried to change the deal last minute and the deal fell through - selling to the Americans, he tried to change the deal again and so it fell through, sending the deal confirmation through too late for Salibur on deadline day, he didn't want Silva to think he wasn't getting supported so he ****ed the deal up -- etc etc- he just ****s about - I don't think its incompetence I just think be believes hes being clever and duping the gullible people of Hull that hes trying his best to get business done but event transpire against him - hes a transparent ****
No club has to speak to us about him, they can just agree terms with the player directly. They only have to speak to the club if they want to try and agree compensation terms with the club to avoid a tribunal and any English club is likely to know that's a waste of time with Ehab.
