He could take as much cash as possible, offer the club for free to anyone who wants it, then put it into administration when no one comes forward during an actual 24 hours

Then tell everyone that he always said he was going to do that and it’s the Trust’s fault that buyers have been scared away ..

So that would leave just Bowen and possibly Irvine who a worth some decent cash combine that with one last parachute payment to come.
I expect our wishes that the vermin will be out of our club soon maybe by the end of this season.

You're still 'only' one promotion away from the big bucks of the PL, someone will pay dear for that opportunity, and I doubt that the spiteful pair of ****s don't realise that.

I can see the reserves, juniors and kids becoming the first team, more cost cutting in the staff, even less spent on maintenance.

I think we will end up where it will be hard to give the club away let alone sell it.

No. They want to sell in the championship. More money.
Sunderland have been crippled by players on large wages. The Allams have swept the club clean of that, not good for supporters, but for potential new owners it's attractive.
Rodwell is on 60 grand A week in league 1.

I thought I read awhile ago he'd agreed to terminate his contract with them.

Rodwell is a massive shame and a poster boy for what's wrong with elite football. Showed all the promise in the world at Everton and now look at him. Sad really.
