Instead of the bullshit he comes out with, miming with his hands, he could simply say (along the lines of) I don't deal with contracts and leave that to some soft ****er called Les or Lee or Lefty or summat.

I was among the minority that wanted Phelan appointed that summer.
I was also in the minority that saw it as a bad move straight away, it took most months to click on to, and even then most still just blamed Ehab solely and didn't think Phelan was part of the problem.
