Nearly impossible for the players to get this type of insurance. Tried to get some for a Millwall player last year and trying now for a couple at Fleetwood. The costs are ridiculous due to the level of risk involved. Anyone outside the top two leagues has no chance even then very very few do.

Most just try and get their mortgages paid off and their pensions full as quick as possible and hope that will be enough.

It used to be very easy maybe 10yrs ago, I had one myself when I was playing. The cover was basic though and only payed out a bare minimum. The company went pop though unsurprisingly

I'm intrigued by your Ignore List. Do you just bang people on there that you disagree with a couple of times or is it completely random? Surely you're missing half the posts on this site? How can you argue with people if you can't see what they've written?

People who tell me to **** off can do that themselves. Simple.

If Adkins is so honest, would he mind telling us why, once again, we've waited until the very end of the player's deals to offer them a contract? It's a lie that even the stupidest of people can see through. We don't want to keep them, so these lame attempts at pandering to fans are falling on smarter ears than they're giving us credit for. If we wanted them, Abel and co would have been offered a deal in October. Moses I can understand, but even then it shouldn't be coming down to the final weeks.

Just like last season, I expect them all to go elsewhere. Go on, Nige, stand there and tell us it's because they were injured.

Exactly is complete and utter ****ing bollocks.
We had no intention of offering them contracts as they will require more than it costs to fuel his Lamborghini on a weekly basis.
The worst thing some people still believe what those twats say.
Adkins did well to keep us up my advice to him get the **** out before you are blamed and sacked by Christmas.

Adkins is just the messenger.
As I've said before, what would those who accuse Nigel Adkins of 'just being the messenger' like him to do? Bad mouth the Allams constantly and get the sack, so they can replace him with someone else who hasn't got 4 promotions on his CV? He will be as frustrated by them as everyone else, probably more so, but if he hadn't hung in there over the last three months, we would have got relegated, and still not been rid of them.
