It depends. Stuart White is the chief scout, he sends everybody else out to watch opposition, other players, potential targets etc. Top bloke. If the player is a full professional, he’s the guy you want.

If it’s for the youth team, you want to be speaking to Richard Naylor, who is the head of youth development. He arranges trials,sees to contracts etc for the youth and reserves.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Merthan Acil added to the coaching staff, pretty sure he’s already doing some in an unofficial capacity.
