Am i the only one getting battered by the bookies ? 20 on champagne fever to cheer me up and move ahead of paddy

<applause> that should sort you out rv!!

somehow i got massively up on day 1 (which i was there for) with 2 11/1 winners and the 2 odds on ones to boot. knowing what i'm usually like I haven't had a bet today and probably won't for the rest of the week <ok>

Sir Johnson was under pressure coming down the hill and finished about 8th...never looked like winning tbh.

The good news for the rest of the week from that performance is that there's still life in the Mullins yard yet. Having backed Boston Bob that's good news!

That bumper might be OK.

They went a good clip and the first three were clear.

Much too early to dismiss the form imo.

I think Peddlers will be in good shape tomorrow, all of the 'he's had problems' is a load of hoo hah.

McCains string are in excellent form for the meeting, he just realised that the Arkle was not his race this year (whether it be oppositon or trip- even though it annoyed me that we lost the matchup with Sprinter).

I love Sir Des Champs, think he is a very good chaser but I think he might get outpaced on the ground. He'll be coming home the strongest though.
