Nothing.

However, there are a lot of holes in the victim's story. Like Erik said, the prosecution argued that she was too drunk to even walk on her own, let alone consent to having sex with someone. But CCTV shows her walking around the reception without help, and she even walked outside to receive a pizza and bring it inside.

Do you mean the cctv that Ched Evans's family have released on their website inviting members of the public to comment on whether the teenager was sober enough to consent to sex?

I think the prosecution were saying she was stumbling about on the cctv clearly she wasnt.
 
Our Jury system may be in need of a overhaul , but i would take it over trial by social media , whether im the defendant or the prosecutor !

Quite, what right minded family would burden a child with a name like 'Ched'?


As for his guilt or otherwise, a part of his actions was as a consequence of being a professional footballer, in that context he's abused his position, and if nothing else, needs to demonstrate he recognises that and satisfy the pfa that there is no longer a risk of him abusing it again.

It's shameful that they've put it on their website, but it doesn't alter the fact that the prosecution have blatantly lied about a crucial aspect of the case.
 
I know next to nowt about this. But I have heard that this lass was that pissed up that she can't remember if she did or didn't give consent?

If that's true then the girl needed locking up, not him. If that's true then she's ruined his life, not the other way around.

His real name is Chedwyn. I imagine he shortens it to Ched to relieve the pain. The sound of the bullies voices must ring in his ears to this day.

Who said they lied? Ched Evans family has that's all. The cctv thats out there now is courtesy of his family.That's what people like you are basing this on. The same cctv that the judge saw and said 'the cctv footage showed in my view the extent of her intoxication'. Ched and MaccyD have previous in having sex with the same woman as they previously had threesomes when they shared a house. In their testimony MaccyD said Evans had asked if he could get involved with the teenager. Evans claimed it was MaccyD who asked him if he wanted to get involved. Evans tried to get his sentence reduced and the Court of appeal turned it down. Evans said when he was arrested 'its not uncommon we pick up girls. Clayton is a good looking guy. We are footballers, thats how it is'. The thing that surprises me most is that his girlfriend obviously sees nothing wrong with his behaviour and stays with him. Worse than that his full first name is actually Cedwyn.
 
I can imagine there's plenty of players have done exactly the same thing! And plenty of girls waking up thinking wtf happened last night? These players are spoilt, young and overpaid! It'll happen again somewhere.

She needs locking up for ruining the lad's life. He can't go and enjoy a meal out with his girlfriend, he can't go out for drinks with his mates, he can't walk his kids in the park. His life is ruined and it's because some girl has guessed that he's raped her. A guess isn't good enough. The lass is wrong. Completely wrong.

No. I didn't say that.


I said that she couldn't remember either giving or denying consent because she was pissed.

You're assuming she was raped. Which is her story, a story of events she cannot remember. That is wrong and she's ruined his life because of it.

You are aware that if you have sex with someone drunk or under the influence of drugs is rape, right?
