I can't remember who, but didn't he slag someone off? I think that was the thing that done for him.

I tell you the one I can't believe got away with it, was John Higgins in the snooker.

I dont remember that, I just remember seeing the video and I think he realised very soon he had been set up and did not agree to anything that was offered to him

I dont follow Snooker any more, I liked it in the early day of colour TV when it was full of characters and upsets and Hurricane Higgins gave it a new dimension

Same thing with Darts in the early days of colour TV The Craftey Cockney v Jockey Wilson, full of fireworks and excessive drinking and smoking

These days as dull as watching Liverpool

80's were brilliant for snooker. Great characters, great matches. Right up to 1992 when Jimmy White lost the final to ratboy. Just cardboard cut outs with snooker sticks since then. Snooker died for me forever that day.

I never bet, seen people lose way too much money.

yeah the thing about an addict and gambling is that they will never ever hit a point where they think, okay i've made enough, i've had my fun and anything they have made they will just keep gambling. They could make a billion and they will put that **** back in and lose it all
