The only example we have to go by is Juventus being stripped of titles, no one was awarded the titles they lost. They were still listed as Juventus won them, but were recinded after the fact due to blah, blah. So no one is going to receive any trophies if City lose them. Either way, City will not be losing any trophies.

Varpool always have a healthy list of cheats and divers, their players are free to cynically foul, elbow, dive around etc punishment free, so they continue to do it. Just recently we saw 2 clear dives in the same match by Varpool players rewarded with penalty kicks, just a couple of gifts among a plethora of farcical decisions that go their way with predictable regularity. The referees don`t have the bottle to award decisions against Varpool for fear of a fortnight long trial by media the following week, it`s easier for them (and a lot less hassle etc) to just make sure Varpool are gifted the points.
