Bersant Celina has joined French top-flight side Dijon from Swansea City for an undisclosed fee, subject to international clearance.
The Kosovo international makes the move to the Ligue 1 outfit following two seasons in SA1, making 79 appearances and scoring 10 goals during that time.
The 24-year-old joined the Swans from Manchester City in August 2018, and featured prominently under Graham Potter as he scored eight goals in 43 appearances in all competitions.
The most memorable of those goals came in Swansea’s thrilling FA Cup quarter-final tie against his old club in March 2019.
Celina found game time harder to come by over the latter stages of the 2019-20 season, but still ended the campaign with 37 appearances to his name.
Everyone at Swansea City wishes Bersant the best in his future career.

Reading between the lines - we need to generate transfer income and I can’t manage/trust such a creative player? The rationale explained:
“We wish Bersant well in his next challenge. The rationale behind the decision was that it was a football and a financial decision. He didn’t play too much at the latter end of last season. He wanted to play more. I couldn’t guarantee the amount of games maybe he would have wanted. I’m not saying he wouldn’t have got them, I just couldn’t guarantee it. The interest came from France and hopefully he can get games out there and the club have got a good fee for him.”
When you think how Cooper sets us up there is little creativity so you're probably right .Football by numbers ?Reading between the lines - we need to generate transfer income and I can’t manage/trust such a creative player?
A bit like Gats ditching Hook?
What's a DVD?But if I remember rightly when Cooper took over he had seen all our best bits on dvds which would have shown all our creative bits.....or did he watch stoke dvds...same initials innit SCFC
