Bony apparently wants to stay at the club, and repay the faith that the club put in him, by bringing him back? Cannot see the Yanks wanting to pay his enormous wages this season, what Bony wants and what he gets will be two different things!!...... <ok>

If Bony decides he wants to stay then he stays. Yanks can do sod all about it.

When I saw Grimes play on a couple of occasions I thought he had something about him football wise, which is what the Exeter fans said but mentally I thought he was a bit on the weak side. So Leeds was probably one of the worst clubs for him to go to.. If the loan at Northampton has toughened him up he could be a good player for us.

SWANSEA CITY HAVE COMPLETED THE SIGNING OF SUNDERLAND FORWARD JOEL ASORO FOR AN UNDISCLOSED FEE.
The 19-year-old has agreed a four-year contract at the Liberty Stadium after the Swans won the race for his signature.
The ultimate insult from WOL
And Asoro was subsequently allowed to leave the North East, with the 19-year-old joining the BLUEBIRDS on a four-year deal on Saturday.

It just shows you who is writing their articles. It's a garbage newspaper that I stopped reading years ago. There was a point when they were distributing it free in Swansea and they still couldn't get rid of it <laugh>

I have tried to highlight how inexperienced we are in mid field so is Carroll a better bet than Clucas and like him or loathe him this will weaken us further with no sign of experienced replacements being linked.
I’m on the fence with him, I’m not in the like him camp but neither in the loathing camp. I just don’t see what he brings to the team. He was way over priced when we bought him and I thought it was a poor bit of business by us, so if we can get a good deal for him and his transfer fee is reinvested in two decent players than I think that’s a better deal for us.

But that’s my opinion!!

Burnley have an out of favour striker who called Wells who has been fairly successful at a lower level than the PL If we can get rid of forwards who most seem to think are not up to it these days perhaps a part exchange and cash to use on a midfielder might be a good deal.
