http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/...rton-target-gylfi-sigurdssons-future-13404696 Gylfi hasn't asked to leave the club and Clement has said that he's working very hard in training etc. Seems to back up Stumpys post from earlier. It seems to me that the Yanks are forcing Gylfi out to cash in on our most important assets to fill their pockets, all the while, making Gylfi out to be the villain.
I have heard many limp excuses before but the Tax one is fantastic I know lets not sell anyone or bring anyone in until the 1st of August he he he.... Any more excuses. Stumpy's post also is a wishful load of tripe but again it made me laugh at those giving likes
I suggest you wind your neck in before dismissing the theory of not selling him before the 1st of August and do a little research on how the Clubs' accounts are presented and in which period they cover .
I pay thousands in tax with my businesses and i know fully well my tax year is from April to April..dont argue with me, i have run a few businesses and still do
Dai being dumb. The tax year for people is april.... companies are different... they define their own tax years
You must live on a different planet......I have to make sure my taxes are paid up by April and my accountant makes sure it is done.
Even though the tax year is April to April, I pay my tax bill by 31st Jan, and then a second bill at end of July.
http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/...nt-evertons-gylfi-sigurdsson-pursuit-13406173 It should be £50m and nothing less. It needs to be sorted by Tuesday one way or another.
We do need another right back but whether this lad is what we need is another matter. As an aside all this arguing about tax on this thread is rather fatuous and boring. and takes me precious time trying to skip over it.
But this tax wrangle is very important as far as the team is concerned because we are potentially risking our PL survival for the sake of £5-£8m by not sorting the Gylfi saga out and allowing Clement to sign Viera (or whoever the replacement/other players) and integrating them into the squad and pre season before the season starts. The tight fisted Yanks, who still haven't invested a penny of their own into the club by the way, are prepared to risk our PL status for a few extra quid. They are here to squeeze as much cash from us as possible, they don't give a toss about investing into the team and when they've made a healthy return, they'll dump us like a stone. **** Huw and **** the Americans.
