That's a team, working together, playing for each other & enjoying doing so COTH...now have a bet on Charlton on Sunday afternoon cos fair play to all the staff & us supporters it's time 2 breathe out & enjoy our summer
They're winners, and I don't expect they'll want to lose on Sunday or let the standard they've set slip. No 'Brentford' for us this week.
I’ve just seen the video, very few people come across as strikers who would make a good captain, I think Shearer was one of the few who sticks out in my mind, but Magennis has certainly shown his leadership qualities these last few months. I don’t know at what point he would be in the queue, but if Smallwood & Coyle were both unavailable, I’d like to think he’d be next in line. Earlier in the season he was getting dragged off & the next game thrown on, but I’m hoping he’s going to be given the extension, he’s a definite leader at the club.
No disrespect meant TwoWrights..but I know myself personally is still fu***d from Saturday & even though they are all highly trained athletes, adrenaline & emotion can take a while to get over. Charlton as seen 2nite are still battling like f**k for that 6th position. On a personal note (after living in NW Kent a few years ago) I remember how thrilled I was sharing Charltons fans pleasure beating the Mackems & Man City in playoff finals..bit pissed right now so it might off just been Man City..Time for bed now COYH onwards & upwards again
Corcoran is poring over videos as the inability to issue banning orders to Cityhfans, whilst ignoring what away fans do, has given him withdrawal symptoms. Then he will return to his quest to track down the Mansfield 200.
