Tough games for the Brits tonight with Chelsea at Juve, Celtic at Benfica and Man U at Galatasary.Can't see much joy from those. Maybe draws for the two English teams but I reckon Celtic used up all their luck against Barca!

Looking forward to Juve v Chelsea on ITV1 tonight. Going for Juve win. Chelsea to crash out at group stages! Wonder if European champions have exited the CL at the group stages before?
Sorry but betting on Chelsea to win was rather silly. They won't beat Juventus in Italy.
He must've gotten nice odds though. Probably the kind of nice odds you could have had on Chelsea winning the Champions League half way through last season.

Hmmm, I wonder what the odds are of Chelsea going out at the group stages.
I have to say though, I don't think there was much luck involved in that win. That was one of the most disciplined shows of teamwork I have ever witnessed. Everyone in that Celtic team knew their job, and did it for the full 90 mins. No one slacked off or went missing, and when they got their chances they seized them. I don't believe you can beat Barca with luck.
Point taken but when you look at the number of attempts on any other day at least a couple would have gone in.
I am gonna have 2 quid on it. I could do with a quick £100 whilst I wait to start my new job!
Only time the defending champs haven't been in the knockout stages in Champions League era was Marseille after the match fixing stuff.
