Blinking eck, Messi is going to set some high bar by the time he retires. Top of everything.....& more!
Probably very good, considering despite all the talk of the Juventus game being of huge importance, in reality regardless of that result all they need to do is give Nordsjaelland a beating at Stamford Bridge and run up a few goals.
The Toon are going to put out a second string, so we'll get no favours as well. At least they get less time to prepare I suppose.
Isn't the point that they have only won two in the last seven so RA must be getting an itchy trigger finger!
Actually they need a point tonight and to beat the Danish team. If they lose tonight they rely on other results.
If they lose, and Shakhtar win which you obviously would assume they would. Shakhtar on 10, Juventus on 9, Chelsea 7. Chelsea would win and go to 10, and both Shakhtar and Juventus wouldn't be able to go to 11, so it would come down to goal difference. Hence, Chelsea would just need to run up some goals on Nordsjaelland and get a better goal difference than which either team didn't win or Juventus if they drew. Very achievable, so by no means are they completely buggered if they lose to Juve.
Can see Galatasaray losing a player or 2 here. There have been 3 hideous tackles already. The noise when Utd are on the ball is something else.
