The rough value and last season was likely to be Scott’s last was pretty well documented everywhere.. so everybody knew it was coming.. and in all fairness I don’t think we heard anything from the suits or Nige that the proceeds would be used to strengthen the squad.. We now know that for us it’s all down to wages.. Nige is not stupid and would have known all about it..
