Mitchell on the other hand revolutionised Southampton, Spurs and Liepzig.
Ashworth was instrumental in the England “DNA” but that’s a million miles away from scouting. It’s no coincidence that all our signings upon hiring Ashworth (aside from Tonali, which was quite a disaster) were English u21 (past and present) players.
His Brighton work seems to have carried on without him being there, weirdly enough. Enciso and many others signed after he left.
Mitchell is very different. Worldly, contacts absolutely everywhere, and has been involved in RB, Spurs, I think he’s a top, top appointment. I’m delighted - I wanted him from the start.
After they sold players which is exactly what I said.
Except you made this statement today at 7:57am well after players were sold ....
So again, did we have the money or not, or was your statement actually bullshit?

The aspect of player sales being required was already covered previously and I've also clarified that for you now haven't I, so that should have already cleared things up.
You were wrong, take the loss and move on
I've got more pressing matters on here involving bears.
