Wow, and wow again, this game marks the end of Mick McCarthy’s short era, an era shorter than Billy552’s old boy apparantly....just saying! Not many wanted him (bless) and were vociferous in their reaction to his signing! Tan completely ignored the protests are pressed on....the fans on this forum seem to know more than the management! It is what it is and we are what we are (Dylan said that)! Neil Warnock will believe that his boring lowly side can win this one, and will have a sneaky little laugh (possibly) Warnock and McCarthy both lost it with their old fashioned stubbornness...Warnock was a better class of stubborn and did well for us with limited resources! We wish Mick well, but just like it was when the apaches were charging over the hill....time to say “get the fug out of here”! :emoticon-0103-cool: I love BFB and BT, god bless that they may be forgiven!

I think the we need to get the fug out of here line was from the Lone Ranger as the Apache attacked.

To which Tonto replied, what you mean "we" paleface?

I'm sure you all know that 8 is a lucky number in Malaysia. So after seven defeats does that mean, that if we win on Saturday, Mr Tan will look favourably on our beleaguered manager? Or has Big Mick's luck ran out?
Personally I believe the latter is the preferred option, win or lose, for our clueless board and a replacement is waiting on the substitutes bench. If this is the case can we really hope to appoint someone who can teach our team to play football?
As for the match itself the best we can hope for is a scoreless draw because we can't find the back of the net but I fear Colin will be smiling after the 'Boro score twice without reply.

    Mick
"If I can get a performance out of the lads, then we can win the game. If we don’t, I’ll be at the end of another defeat and I’ll be in trouble, won’t I?

Can’t help feel sorry for the guy, but he is delivering a stubborn pile of Shiite, takes his money, and will enjoy his financial severance payment! :emoticon-0103-cool:

It's 'won't' Maskee, assuming you're referring to the great song by the Four Tops. I dread to think what your golden handshake consists of :emoticon-0148-yes:

a quick question, everyone knows the Lone Ranger's horse was Silver, but what was Tonto's called?
Winning answers will entitle you to a quick rub up against Masky ( any part of your choice) no offence

Au contraire mon ami, my sweet Irish pigeon......”won’t” is not applicable in this case, as it is the folk version of Walk Away Renee, as performed by Sid Kipper, using poetic license to the fullest degree! Please desist from challenging Masky (with no e) as you are inferior as a foe, more an irritant...although you are reasonably pleasant! :emoticon-0103-cool: Irritation cream for knobs, for sale!

    Mange tout Maskee. Mange tout.

I don't know who this Sid Kipper person is but he sounds fishy to me. Poetic license or not his lyric is wrong.

    How much is your cream?

Subs: Phillips, Morrison, Nelson, King, Evans, Davies, Moore.

With all due respect, who's King? Under 23 player but never heard him mentioned before.

Mick's definitely trying to get his payoff with that team!! rumour is Harris is in talks with Choo and Tan about a return, how would that go down?? It worked for us with Robins the second time.
