    I take it there is still no news on how long he is going to be out. Hope its not 2 long we will miss him

    It seems the scan was delayed until today due to some swelling around the knee (as per Fail story today)

    There does seem to be more of these injuries with blade style studs, less likely to slide through the turf sideways due to the elongated design.

    Craig Sheakspeare is talking it down a bit now - "The knee's not too badly swollen, which would point to not too long term. Until we get the scan results we're not quite sure, but we're optimistic he won't be out too long."
