You will both improve on last year, but the reason I see more room for improvement from Spurs is because the reason they were **** was their manager. Ange was a complete ****stick and his tactics were batshit for the team he had. Him leaving, even without any signings, would improve them, especially when the incoming manager is Thomas Frank, who is a decent PL manager.
United, you have made a couple of decent signings in Cunha and Mbeumo, but you still have the same manager and the same dead squad.....currently, still a month or so of the window left so things can change.
United's biggest (not only) problem last season was the lack of a clinical finisher - they've now acquired 2 ...and could even get a third with Sesko...
So far Spurs acquisitions have been rather underwhelming and I'd be backing United to finish above them as a consequence...
