Not sure a Lesta fan can really be complaining about financial rules when they've been found guilty of subverting them,

but if this is the top 6 thread I'll have a punt.
1. Liverpool. They've strengthened well in attack after losing Diaz and (tragically) Jota. If they manage to get Isak or Rodrygo then they are clear favourites
2. Arsenal. We've added some quality and depth, especially in Zubemendi and Gyokeres. If we get Eze too, who knows we could win it
3. Chelsea. They will be a lot stronger this season. Adding Delap and Pedro to their front line means they will be a lot more dangerous too.
4. Man City. They'll blow hot and cold again this season. A lot will depend on whether they can keep Rodrygo and Silva fit. Pep seems to be one foot in one foot out these days
5. Aston Villa. Emery has got a very solid squad, I don't know who've they've added. I think they'll look like title contenders one minute and then lose to Spurs.
6. Newcastle Top 6 if and only if they keep Isak and Gordon. Both look like they could move and if they do, Toon will be scrapping around midtable.
Surprise outfit -
Bournemouth. They did really well last season and were very hard to beat at home, I know they've lost Kerkez to Liverpool, but I think they will be pushing for a European spot this season.
Pretenders -
United and Spurs Cannot see either of these two really improving much on last season. Although they'll probably not finish anywhere near as close to the relegation zone again, surely ?
Relegation -
Leeds, Burnley and Sunderland
