Bullard

Can't believe this thread's still going. You lot are really having a hard time convincing yourselves AP made the right decision.

Just admit AP ****ed up and move on, just like I have.

Someone told me that Jimmy Bullard isn't his real name, he's the younger Everley Brother, there's Phil, Don and he is Drank

Assem said before Saturday's game that Jimmy had missed the appeal date and that he was waiting to hear from his solicitors, as he's no idea what they are planning next.

He also said any poor employee should be sacked, they shouldn't get an exemption from normal employment law, just because they happen to kick a ball for a living.

He's not wrong.

Yet we continue to employ the Pearsons.

Practice what you preach Assem.

Just watched him play for Ipswich. He had no influence on the game at all. He is still pulling out of tackles, and he just kept making short passes. He was woeful. So glad he's gone.

i also watched the game and especially enjoyed the comment from the commentary team when they said that bullard stood up in the dressing room after the blackpool away defeat and appologised for his poor performance. i also saw he pale shadow of his former self. he played wayto deep to have any influence and even keith andrews was getting at him for hogging the free kicks. it wont be long before he goes into hiding again. ipswich will be an interesting watch this season.

Listening to Radio Blunderside yesterday morning, they aired some comments from Mr Allam stating that Bullard had missed his chance to appeal over his sacking and that they had not heard from Bullards solicitors. No mention in the HDM about this? ANyone else hear this?

yes the interview was done on saturday with burnsie before the pompey game. mr allaam sounded anything but worried to me and was very funny in places. great interview.
