I said it from day one Bruce would be in charge and got a bit of grief as a result.

That was because I kept my head. And didn’t get carried away.

Everyone got all over excited and now the come down is hard to take.

I said he would get the 1000 game and an opportunity to make amends with the fans. It’s happening.

Just remember that we have the takeover and Ashley is out. That’s a good first step.

Unfortunately if I win vs Tottenham I'll tell the media that I hope the fans are eating humble pie.

It's unfortunate but you've have to want us to win and if that happens make no mistake I'll feed it to you.
 
They've avoided giving the cry babies in the media the opportunity to have a pop at them for sacking Bruce.

The media now has to commend them for giving him time.

Regardless of what we think getting the media onside helps

I think as everything has happened to rapidly since last Thursday, they have wanted proper time to assess their manager choices.

Yes it has to happen soon, but I'm also glad it didn't happen as soon as they got here and we ended up with Frank Lampard or some other out of work knacker.

Look unfortunately I've been given 100 million and told to keep us up.

Make no mistake I'm telling to where we are and you need to accept it.

We're doing things MY WAY now, so let's enjoy it if we possibly can.
