Is Amanda a director of nufc. If she is not an employee of nufc she cannot sack Bruce.

Legal ****e coming. An owner cannot sack him. So unless she has been registered as a director then she can’t do it. And having just checked companies house there have been no changes of the football club.

That doesn’t mean to say the actual changes have not happened yet it just means in the public domain it is the same.

I do however believe it will be today.

The Times are right. As minority owner, she technically can't do anything without a green light from Yasir Al Rumayyan. This will all change with the appointment of an executive board, as she will take more of a back seat as non-exec director with Yasir already in place as non-exec chairman. Without telling anyone how to suck eggs, this is what the diff is between "execs" and "non-exec"; the former are empowered to take decisions, the latter just offer support, guidance and usually weight for funding.

Currently there have been no appointments of the club as it stands legally at companies house as far as I can see.

Ive just posted (one post above) that an employee of NUFC the football club is the only person who can.

Charnley could do it.
