Can you imagine if he actually was in the dug out on Sunday, it would be absolutely crackers and an awful start for Staveley.

Surely ****ing not.

Unless they keep him till half time then publicly sack him on the pitch before he gets to the dressing room. That might work

Most likely thinking of Staveley. Arrives Monday, meets Bruce. Is polite, friendly and professional makes her own assessment and listens to club staff and team but advises Bruce it will be a decision made by the board and this will take several days and apologizes. She would have already made her decision most likely but im guessing it will be a board decision of course not just one board member deciding.

This is most likely the delay.

hes better than most england managers we have had in my life

England employ turd unfortunately. Svens England was better, but we got tougher runs in big competitions.

The door has been open for Southgate imo in both the last 2 competitions.

I'm bored out my brain watching his England

The thought of Bruce at the helm on Sunday doesn't bear thinking about. What sort of message does this send out from our new owners?!: " Hey Steve, we know you're a ****e manager and always have been but we understand this is the club you have always supported since you were a boy and your dream job, so we think it would be a fitting send off for you to manage your last game in front of 50,000 of your adoring fans!"
Can you imagine the outpouring of love for this absolute charlatan of a manager from the media, they're going to have a field day!
A PR disaster in the making in my opinion but I am hopeful they will do the right thing and cull the twat from our club before the weekend (not literally, obvs <doh>)
Our season begins on Sunday!

I am of the very strong opinion that Mandy reads this very forum and this thread: when she refers to listening to fan interaction she obviously is talking about this forum and in particular the covid 29/20 takeover thread.

How people have not realised that @Roland Deschain and @Roy Munson are Mandy and her fella is beyond me.

There's a big push from the desperate haters to try and persuade the new owners to stick with Bruce.

They're essentially hoping we don't get anyone good and Bruce takes us down

"Sportsmail understands the Magpies boss will be relieved of his duties this week, with PIF (Public Investment Fund) aware of the negative impact his presence in the dugout in the opening game, and have lined up a list of high-profile contenders to replace him."
