As much as I dislike Bruce it must be **** to have the media constantly saying your out if a job
**** him and anyone who says we should feel sorry for him etc.
He has constantly disrespected the club, fans and the city.
It's not just about him being a **** manager, he's a prick aswell.
I'd hazard a guess he knew he was out of a job months ago,Ashley knew the sale was going through and probably let Bruce know,something along the lines of
"listen Steve the deal is going through,I'm not spending any money on transfers so my advice to you is do your best and whatever you do don't resign or you'll lose your big payoff".
Chill man, he'll be gone.
This isn't a normal takeover.
The club has been a ghost ship for years, run on a skeleton crew. It needs reviewed from the top to the bottom. It's going to take a couple of weeks to get anything near normality. We're talking entire departments being required throughout the club.
Add to that every ****ing **** rag media organisation in the world looking for the slightest thing to beat the new owners with, and its clear they will want to do everything as cleanly and as openly as possible.
Showing the useless twat a day or 2's respect is an easy PR win with the media.
Keep yer hair on, never said I felt sorry for him and he shouldn't be getting any form of payout for the **** job hes done.

So quite comfortably we could be over £100m in additional income quite quickly.
This will of course unlock additional spends as it's linked to FFP.
