Just give the useless twat his 1,000th game in charge. In the grand scheme of things I'd rather this was done the right way than a knee jerk decision just to keep the feel good factor.

Just think of the celebratory scenes come Chelsea when a decent coach is in the dug out - twice as much fun.

According to Wikipedia he's already had 1,000 managerial games.

It seems they want some info from him about the team and other stuff but they sack him, but I'm not sure what priceless advice he can give apart from how to waste youth prospects, play players out of position, and lose against **** team. Oh yeah, and how to be a one game cliche machine in interviews, he has a wealth of knowledge at that.

The day it went through he was out in the media saying "it would be my 1000 league game"

That 60 minute meeting with Steve Bruce yesterday was 59 minutes of Steve crying sobbing begging and licking shoes.
