Not the case I am afraid. The company hasn’t changed at all. Just the owners. The company itself is still the same entity. Same employer.

If however a new company had bought the assets and the trade then yes you would be right.

So to clarify. Nothing has changed and his contract is still perfectly valid.

He'll definitely come out fighting and suddenly it'll be about how great the club is and why it shouldn't be where it is.

On sky sports news just now Keith confirmed the press conference is 1.30pm, but at the same time Sky put a timer out for 2.15pm - is there any reason why they would need to wait 45 mins to show it rather than live?

So we can watch it at 2:15. I guess it is a press conference so I suppose it won’t be live for us right?

Yeah, there's no rights to broadcasting a live presser. NUFC TV might hold those rights, someone can check?

The BBC can report live, though.

I’m sure they’ve been live before.

the journos usually give updates on Twitter so will have to see if they do that as usual at 1.30

It's NUFC but it's not mate SJHL, who owned NUFltd which owned the club - I think they're free to **** him off with compo as it's now NCUK that owns NUFC.

Nope.

He is employed by Newcastle united. There has been no change here. The ownership change is irrelevant in this instance.
