I agree with what your saying, mine was just a simple question. What would people's thoughts be if at the press conference Bruce announced his immediate retirement on 1,000 games after Sunday? Would that settle people down?

Who’s to say that Bruce ain’t gonna tell the media tomorrow that his 1000th game in charge is gonna be his last for us..despite the hatred towards him that would actually be a nice way for him to go out and would go a long way to not dampening the mood in the ground on Sunday.
