Indeed he has, but that Mclaren has been closer to the Red Bull than the Ferrari, and Alonso is keeping up well with the Mclarens and Webbah. You missed "faster car" off the list.

The crash wasn't Hamiltons fault, but he was just slow.
Absurd decision for penalising Massa. It was Massa's corner. At no point was Lewis ahead so why shouldn't Massa have turned in to take the normal racing line into the corner?
Hamilton is quickly turning into a disgrace. A tiny little bit of pressure from a team-mate and he turns into a complete mess. His interview after the race was pathetic. He's 26 years old not 15. He needs to grow a pair and get on with the job that he is handsomely rewarded for. No other driver's emotional state is so closely examined. Even after three seasons of not winning the title Hamilton is still viewed as some sort of special case, despite being outperformed by Vettel, Alonso (without a shadow of doubt) and now his team-mate.
I'm fed up with seeing that little face on the tv, saying how sorry he is and blah blah blah blah blah. Hamilton should have modelled his private life on James Hunt rather than fixating on the weirdo Ayrton Senna. Pillock of the first order. Anybody know if Jean Alesi's races were affected by some female leaving him?

Wow You have got PURE HATRED on Lewis are you one of them people that wish he was dead or you just a typical hater
I'm not getting into the Hammy lover/hater debate, but to me it was a racing incident - no penalty either way!
Massa was ahead.
Massa left enough room for Lewis to make the initial move.
Lewis backed out of the move (which he confirmed in interview)
Massa braked later because of the above point.
At the corner entry Massa rear wheel were level with Lewis's front wheels.
Massa takes a normal corner entry.
Lewis didnt back out enough.
They touch!
The fact is that if Lewis had kept his foot in and not lifted Massa would have had to yield, and also Massa would have struggled to make the corner if he had not turned in - as Brundle stated - where was he supposed to go? Also, if that was an overtaking point then why did Lewis not make a move or keep backing out (at the same corner) with the slower Torro Rosa - because you cant pass there!
So, lewis shouldnt have put his nose cone in (or backed out more) and Massa shouldnt have given him the room in the first place - racing incidient!
Probably, but the bigger picture needs to be addressed or we'll be having the same debate after every race.
Excellent comment! Points explained very well.
Its a shame the stewards didn't see sense.
A focused Hamilton would not have put his car there.
A focused Massa would not have closed the space between him and the corner.
Both drivers are as bad as each other, they need to sort them selves out for 2012, Massa especially because of his race seat is in danger.
I will tell you something now Hamilton and Massa (Ferrari fans).
These drivers are acting like children having a squabble on the playground, one might have a championship - the other may drive for Ferrari....
There are much more better (more worthy) drivers waiting for a race seat and at the moment they are not pushing the boundaries of their cars, instead they are filling the newspapers and media with childish trivial ****e that I have got bored of reading here and there.
