How come tickets aren't out for sale yet only 12 days before the game?!

Probably not expecting many anyway with distance and Sky.

Other clubs get plenty going a long way for televised kick offs. 1,500 Geordies set off at 2 in the morning to travel a lot further than Hull to Bristol for a televised 12.45 kick off at Bournemouth.

Very true. Bristol is not that bad for our southern based Tigers either. Sadly just the northern based ones have to get out of bed early. <laugh>

The Tickler collective are travelling down friday and staying overnight. <ale><ale><ale><ale><ale><ale>

Not for sale in Bristol either.

I spoke to Bristol City ticket office a few hours ago and asked what was going on. The answer is a simple one. The away fans area has been moved back to the other side of the stand - ala as it was last season. Reason being that after visits from Leeds, Wolves and Forest already this season the Police have raised issues and concerns (under Elf n safety) of away fans departing between 2 sets of home fans/areas. Why it got changed in the summer God only knows. Maybe Bristol have a James "loony" Mooney type in charge ? Anyway, tickets are now with Hull City and all is finally well. again <laugh>
PRICED AS IN post no.11. <ok>

NB. The stand behind the dugouts is now a building site. 3 stand Bristol ground atm.
However the new stand behind the opposite goal looks very impressive.

Do they have marketing geniuses in charge at Bristol as well?

Nope. Just Police and Health and Safety muppets who messed things up in the summer. <doh>

Why don't they just build a fence and make the home fans walk miles out of their way?
