The team most needs a centre forward, so I'd bring back Deano. I'm not going to pick someone I never saw play, and we spent most of my early years supporting City in the bottom division so Deano was probably the best centre forward we've had in my time who has since retired.

You can't compare the two eras. If Waggy played against the defenders of today and still had two pints at half time or whatever it was he'd have no chance. Football is a totally different game now.
It's an old argument is that,and an interesting one. If the likes of,Waggy played today,you would assume he would train like a modern player,eat like a modern player ect. So it's safe to say he'd be an even better player than he was then. It would be hilarious to see what the pro-zone boffins would make of players from those days. I reckon if you took a modern day team,say Bradford back in time to 1960,they'd beat all comers. Probably win the champions league,without breaking sweat.
