You still have to include immigration with any EU trade deal.Would the Germans make their cars more expensive for us? The frogs deny us their wine? We will trade or they will lose jobs and vote their own countries out
Seriously? How about as a trade-off for something else? Do you really think things are writ in stone?
Everything is up for grabs in the EU; out of the EU we, the voters have some semblance of control and I like that. I don't fully trust politicians, any of the ****ers; they're as bad as football club communications / marketing managers.![]()
How tedious is this thread?
Glad we don't do politics because this is utter bollocks.
A load of boring, self opinionated ****s spraffing off about how other boring, self opinionated ****s are wrong and they are right.
Bore the **** off.

I actually dont take any notice of what you think.Hull isn't a town.
And it certainly bears no resemblance to Middlesborough or Carlisle.
Blame Labour and particular John Prescott for the continued non investment in our infrastructure. We had a man in the room at no. 10 the important meetings for a decade or so, but the Prestatyn oaf was too busy sniffing his fingers after his nights at Mr Chu's all you can eat buffets or heavy petting his secretary's fadge , to be putting forward the case for more investment in our area.
Great post. You must log in or register to see media

I think an out vote would set more of a tone of intolerance towards other nationalities.
And anybody that thinks any of this so called extra money ( if thats true ) would reach any further than the M25 will be disapointed.
If anybody watched the BBC. 2 part documentary a couple of years ago called Mind the Gap.
It was about the money getting taken from all over the Country to pay for Crossrail and other projects in London.
Evan Davis asked Boris if the money should be spread out throughout the Country.
He said no it should all be piled up in London.
Towns like Hull Middlesboro carlisle will suffer more.
Well unfortunately JE that investment has been late in coming. This city was founded on an industry knee capped and decapitated by the EU. I read today as well that British MEP's had voted against laws regarding ports across Europe, their vote against being to do with having to offer bunkering and associated work to all and sundry, someone will know more about this. Their vote as with everything else counted for **** all..!!!I understand the likes of London seeing the benefits of Leave but not Hull folk who are seeing a lot of EU investment.
Growth means the increase of GDP but that means very little if it doesn't directly correlate with our living standards. Our GDP is higher than the Scandinavian countries' combined but their standard of living is better than ours and their GDP per capita is higher than ours.
With or without the EU we live in a massive Lobdoncentric society. Then Yorkshire should declare its independence from the UK. I'm being somewhat serious. States with smaller populations are easier to govern. Look at the likes of Denmark, Norway, Iceland etc. These countries have populations no bigger than six million. Yorkshire itself has a population of 5.2 million, Scotland 5.3 million and Wales 3 million. When our current politicians focus on the economy they emphasise the importance of growth. Growth means the increase of GDP but that means very little if it doesn't directly correlate with our living standards. Our GDP is higher than the Scandinavian countries' combined but their standard of living is better than ours and their GDP per capita is higher than ours.
My views on nation states are similar to J. R. R. Tolkien's, who was a self-professed philosophical anarchist. That nation states shouldn't exist, at least large ones. That countries in a geographical rather than political sense should be as small as possible and governed locally. I advocate regionalism and direct democracy. It might be idealistic and far-fetched but the first step to even attempt to make this transition would be to leave the EU, which is a highly centralised bureaucracy itself.
I understand the likes of London seeing the benefits of Leave but not Hull folk who are seeing a lot of EU investment.
You dont have to read it.

Where does the EU get the money from?
If they include things we dont desire then we would have to buy other cars and wine from somewhrte elseYou still have to include immigration with any . Same result they lose trade trade deal.
Ask Sweden, Swiss Norway.
You dont just pull up a drawbridge put 2 fingers up and say **** the foreigners although plenty would.
I dont trust a right wing Tory bunch of ****ers one bit on workers rights.
At least somes coming back here.Where does the EU get the money from?
Considering our contribution in 2015 was £17.8 billion and our rebate was around £4.9 billion, we've given the EU £12.9 billion.
