West Ham's goal was rightly disallowed because of a blatent handball from Rice.
The two offside players are not offside because the player heading the ball into the middle starts a new sequence of play when they are then onside.

True.
Although it wasn't a "blatent" hand ball by Rice.
The ball was headed onto his arm from point blank range.
Would never be a hand ball if it wasn't for the ridiculous new hand ball rule.

The game was won in the first half although we did play better in the second. Cameron looked good. Hugil needs to stop falling over for a big bloke. Eze is off as he seriously is not interested.

Brentford are miles ahead of us in so many departments.
. Good passing team that presses when off the ball
. fab defence
. confidence throughout the team
. a manager who knows how to win
. New Stadium (we will have the smallest ground in West London) <yikes>
. Top scouting system that works 2-3 windows ahead.
. Are not selling any players in Jan unless for big money 'but have a good replacement lined up if it happens'.

mmm
It really does make you think? We have been saying for years that football is moving on and we are getting left behind. Today is the perfect reason why.

I think I’d rather lose Eze than BoS on the basis of the last few games.

Poor game today. We were outclassed in every aspect of the match.

Isn't their new ground a 16K job?

Brentford fans remind me of Reading fans.

****ers.

We are lower mid table at best.

Lumley is a liability and must be dropped.

Warburton needs to stop making selection mistakes.
They are not as plastic as Reading but I agree a bit annoying.

Kane is just awful isn’t he.

To round off the trip there’s 25 minutes until the next train so plenty of time for the Brentford fans to catch me up :1980_boogie_down:

Warburton doesn't reward players who play well.

Kelly was great the other day. Pugh was good. Wallace fantastic. Scowen good. Where are they? I just don't understand him.

Every single game there have been a few changes. Why can't he keep a stable team?

There's all this talk about Warburton stamping his style of play onto the team and onto each game. Yet all I see is him trying to adapt to suit the opposition and still losing.

So it seems to me that billy big balls Warburton is actually not stamping or securing anything but is instead wishy washy and giving opposition all the respect, instead of the players who should have already earned his respect.

Rubbish throw away remark about Eze…….
Agree about their passing
Defence was ok but we created chances in 2nd half
He didn't at the start of the season......but agree he's turned them into a decent side
New Stadium will still have a smaller capacity than us...…..but shows progression off the pitch
Only 2 or 3..... I would have thought 5 or 6 as they've been doing this for years
Way to do it

If we can get to that stage in a few seasons we'd have done well......shame we squandered all the money when we had the opportunity with big money no interest signings...…..

We have to aspire to be just like them in many respects, getting the sod cut on the training ground would be a good start......

He certainly makes a lot of baffling selections.
