I I love how some who hated Curtis being in charge are now wanting to give him credit when he wasn't the manager..... Kinda funny really , agendas and opinions and how each effect the other is a laugh at times .
If we replace Guido in the summer , and completely starting over , is a receipe for relegation regardless of who comes in ....just an opinion , no agenda . I supported Curtis when he was in charge , I supported Guido since he was in charge , both have got us out of a lot of trouble regardless of the nitpicking of some .
I agree I didn't think Curtis was up to it as very limited managerial experience, but what he has shown in that short space of time id despite that lack of experience, his knowledge of the British game makes him a better option than Guidolin. But as No said, Guidolin was brought in to do a job and if we stay up he will have played a part alongside Curtis in achieving this. But neither are good enough for us next year.

Like who? Who out there other than Joe is perfect to replace Leon?
Allen can't do what Leon does , he needs to be up field a bit more .
I guarentee 8 million in Guido's hands will find a great holding midfielder if Britton can't keep the pace .
As it sits , we have Cork , Siggy , Ayew and Ki who can play the position Allen plays .
Guido has been around a long time and his transfer potential is the biggest reason I wish to retain him.

Both are perfect for us next season IMO , Guido in charge , Curtis as sidekick

Like it did with the donkey of a striker we signed.
Siggy doesn't do anywhere near the same job as Allen, Cork and Ki yes I get, is Allen as good by god yes and probably on current form better.

He's had £8 million, we all know how that's gone so far. Palo is ok, but not worth £8 million.

As for Ki, Joe could close to death and he'd still show more fight and commitment than Ki, given the way he's been prancing around the pitch lately.

There is more chance of Brendan returning for next season than not returning and that is the best news i have heard this season. lets be honest here i like guildo's attitude and enthusiasm but he is not right or good enough for the club and looks like he could peg out at any moment, And our legend Curtis who knows Swansea inside out is far better as an assistant and adviser than a leader and all the responsibility that goes with the job. Brendan is the best option out there who is very proud of his time with us and has always spoken highly about the club whenever the subject has arisen... As for Joe Allen returning then why not as long as his wages can be sorted and who better to attract Joe back than Brendan.....I would not object to the return of pasco as he worked well with Brendan last time he was here. There is no question that the club needs to get back on course and i see nobody better than Brendan to do that job out there........One major thing that has to be done though is Jenkins and the board must also get their act together and back Brendan 100% with financial backing....

Again , people jumping to conclusions within a short time frame on managers and players .
Tell you what , let's wait it out and see .
I'm not asking people to show any loyalty to our 9 game in charge manager ( 4 wins ) or the previous manager ( Curtis ) who took us out of our nightmare since Christmas , just don't show disloyalty , you can keep your loyalty till next time but if you sh:t on these two guys , I'm going to sh:t right back at you .
It's like booers , if you can't be supportive don' t cheer by all means , just sit and say nothing .
If you can't show loyalty to a current manager , just sit and enjoy the points ...quietly

Why can we not demand/expect better roof? He have been ridiculously successful playing a certain brand of football. That brand has disappeared. We want it back and Guido is not capable of providing it. Love him ir loath him for what he did, but Rodgers will, without question, return us to the lost Swansea Way.
As for the points, I want to enjoy the performances too.

What are you on about roof, at every game I am behind the side, but are we not allowed to question his decisions or his tactics or his negativity are just supposed to sit on our hands and accept it. I will at the ground support the team, whether they are producing the same old **** week in week out that we are being given. I will however on here voice my concerns about the 2 win in 9 manager if I have some.

No probs , demand all you want valley , it's just a bit of a laugh watching you demand more time for a very poor Monk after his first 9 games in charge while jumping all over Guido after 9 games , with better results .
I'd take your bellyaching a bit more serious if you treated the two situations equally , but you didn't , so I'll take what you say on managers with a grain of salt .

Jesus Christ roof, Guido has presided over 1 victory since he's been here <laugh>

Ok , let's play your rules .
Guido has 1 victory in his first 6 games ( unless you want to count all games since he' s been with us as his , just not the victories ) .Monk had 1 win from his first 9 .Guido has a better record even with you taking the 3 other victories from him .
So , why ask for more time for Monk at 1 in 9 , but not for Guido , 1 in 6

There were exceptional reasons why the club was bad at the start of the season as Monk rightly informed Jenkins that it would happen. Monk was not responsible as he had to play players that could not adapt to the Swansea way and that has been proved by the season we have had. It's very Obvious to everyone that the club has lost it's way and some bad decisions were made by the board that changed our playing style that saw monk give us our highest points total, So you cant blame Monk or if it had been any other manager when their preparations were ripped apart by the boards interference....

You want to say " The team is sh:t under the manager " , but expect the new striker to shine under the circumstances of no help from the poor team ....you can't have it both ways in your thoughts

Lol .... Off to the mountains , a good thing , have a good one folks.

Because I take into consideration the performances. Monk improved performances in that period, not to mention he had to juggle a split dressing room, Guido has us performing just as bad as Monk has this season.

The players aren't poor and would create plenty of chances I doubt the donkey would take. The reason for the lack of chances is the clown in charge doesn't want us to go forward. I watched him screaming at Barrow for going forward against Villa and made him go backwards, if we were actually allowed to attack he may actually manage 1 in 4 or 5. Its Guidolins signing who said he would score goals as did you. How wrong he was. In all honesty, he hasn't had a lot of time, I just think he is to lightweight and whilst his touch is ok against better sides its not good enough. I wouldn't be surprised if sold in the summer when the new manager surely comes in.

However I do agree his chances have been limited, he has scored 1 every 446 mins, fancy that Gomis Is scoring 1 every 278 mins. Sorry should have said for this season.
