The lad has captured a fair few hearts. Respect to Defoe for all he's doing too. The high profile this is achieving, will hopefully help others.
When Sunderland get relegated , you would expect Defoe to leave , wonder if his relationship with this little lad might just give him second thoughts

Its not the first time hes expressed his lack of compassion for child related illness. Should have been banned last time. This is one step too far for me.
