Worked himself into the ground and covered for his fullback numerous times in the first half.Second half he was sublime.First-class showboating and a first class finish for his goal.He became a real deal premiership player today. So glad for him.
I missed the match too. I'm in Sharm El Shieke and was walking around in the City shirt,,had lots of Egyptians shouting Hull City (not Tigers) , Elmohaddy and Gedo. Caught the half time score and had a sock knocking moment when someone told me the resultSteelCityTiger:5827131 said:Gutted I missed the game today for work, but he showed it against Utd. on boxing day too, albeit seemie last minute across the box which took 3 players out the game and nobody saw warranted a goal and a point itself. Chuffed for him!

Boyd was awesome today. His link-up play with Koren and Figueroa around him was outstanding.
Watching Huddlestone, Koren and Boyd yesterday was just like watching Huddlestone, Iniesta and Ronaldo.
Did anyone else hear that text read out on Dumberside yesterday which included the line "George (full Scottish international) Boyd for England?"

To be fair, he isn't Scottish is he?
If you didn't know he'd played for Scotland you'd think he was eligible for England.
