Lads I know very little about boxing and have watched nothing of the fight. But has there ever been a more overhyped boxer than Joshua?

Made sky an absolute fortune and lots of people got behind him for a while made heavy weight boxing interesting.

Certain elements of his game are genuinely world class, but a bit like Amir Khan, there are just glaring deficits also. The BBC and media loves him and perhaps overhyped him because he fits a certain profile.

During the fight I mean. Not protecting himself at all even after the knockdowns.

I reckon that was more that he didn't know where he was and his brain was scrambled to be fair. I don't think it was arrogance, I think it was bravado and instinct to try and make it seem like he wasn't badly hurt (though it was obvious to everyone watching).

Yeah, it was this. When you get rattled off a big shot you will obviously lose your ability to 100% intelligently defend and end up running off instinct.

He did well to hang on until the 5th.
