What's absolutely ridiculous about that fight is neither fighter is at the level they should be main event of anything never mind making ****ing millions because of their social media life and ****ing love Island!

Fury went on like he had just triumphed as an underdog against some great fighter.

Still would love to see Paul get a real fight against some of the retired pros he has called out and give **** to. Froch and Bellew would knock him out pretty early!

Yeah. Fury isn't great but he has so basic fundamentals. Footwork and jab.

Paul is poor. Holds and big looking right hand. Fury won 7 out of the 8 rounds. Split decision my arse.

Agree with froch etc. Would be hospital for Paul. Fury clearly doesn't have his brothers power. Looks massive but doesn't hit hard.

Me and the lad sat talking about Garcia V Davis. Totally opposite views. Garcia for me is a dream fighter. My lad thinks Davis is the old school throwback who can box. Garcia to stop him late for me. Just hope it lives up to the potential.

Aye very interesting fight. Both superstars. Garcia will be bigger and longer but I think he will get too emotionally invested with lack of experience. Tank will eventually get inside. If he does, even for a second it's lights out.

It's nuts. It's about time the whole sport was regulated - 1 governing body, fights arranged through the regulator, purses pre-agreed etc

How can a sport be taken seriously if the "champions" get to decide who challenges them?

Imagine the same thing in football? "Man City have failed to reach an agreement to play Real Madrid in the CL final, so instead will play plucky challenger Accrington Stanley to decide who will be the European Champion this year"

Bit of a tangent but really enjoyed this interview

Nuts,as you say,the whole sport is nuts! I'never been a huge fan,but there can't be another sport where you listen to interview after interview with fighters, promoters, regulators, journalists, anyone involved in it...not to mention the foul mouthed shouting rants... and get not a scrap of truth or honesty in any of it.
The sport is totally out of control, completely devoid of any integrity, and I'm amazed that anyone would take it seriously anymore, much less spend hard earned dosh stuffing the pockets of these people by watching it. Crazy!

Massive boxing fan but this has left a sour taste and there is no defence.

They need to just put some pots of cash aside and get the best fights made. They all have enough anyway ffs

I'd quite like it if Tony Mowbray started trash talking Neil Warnock ahead of the Huddersfield game :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Fury v Usyk will happen, 100%. This is just the usual match making shenanigans pre the biggest fight. A July Wembley fight is where we end up. The only fighter of the 2 who benefits from it not happening is Usyk because he has a strong path after it. His problem is he cant beat Fury under any circumstances, unless Fury is inactive for a long period. It seems to me like fighting Fury 3 or 4 months later is all to the benefit of the smaller fighter. I would still fancy Fury to put him away inside 7 mind.

Fury will destroy him imo. Hope the fight happens.

I'd expect Fury to win, but Usyk can beat him. Fury's behaviour speaks volumes last day or two. Trying to dodge it no doubt and fight Wilder again until retirement yaaaawn.

Not sure he'll 'destroy' anyone really. Seems that Fury is wringing the maximum amount of money out of the end of his career, which I don't blame him for, but I think Usyk has a bit more fire in his belly. I'll be having a bet on Usyk for this one.

Metaphorically speaking of course. I reckon Fury will win inside 8 rounds.
