Surely who ever wins has to fight either Ninito Donaire or Guillermo Rigondeaux? They are considered the best around at the moment, so if Frampton or Quigg want to earn serious cred, they have to take on these guys.
The winner has been ordered to fight Rigondeaux before July but there is a rematch clause in the contract so there might be some negotiating to be done or we could end up with the winner been stripped of a title. Rigondeaux fights Jazza Dickens in a few weeks over in the uk. Credit to Dickens for taking the fight but this will be as one sided as they come. As for Nonito Donaire, he's one of my all time favourite fighters but he just isn't as good as he once was and i actually think both Frampton and Quigg would have a great chance of beating him
