Didn’t see you there mate.

I overheard an Irish bloke say that Ted looks technically gifted but lacks spite.

Can’t help but think that it’s a good summary.

As you say the fight between Derbyshire and Roberts was really good. I wanted Roberts to win, purely for his ability to slip and slide but he never did enough to win, nowhere near.

Sorry I missed you, I was front row ringside on the right and as I’m not allowed near the bar, I didn’t leave my seat all night.

Ted definitely needs to get more aggressive.

Thanks for that, it helps as I've been so worried about having it done at such an early age and what it would be like afterwards

My mum had both done and went from barely being able to walk, to joining a walking club and doing 10k walks on a weekend. She was pain free for years, but then got sciatica and has trouble walking again, but she’s in her 80’s.

It's all I'm bloody doing haha, Im back driving now and can walk without my crutches ( with a limp so stick to crutches ATM ). Did he feel better after it all, did he have all his movement etc
Yes he’s playing golf off 4.6 !! So yes way better ! Your golf might improve ?!

Some recovery then! Cheers

Looks like I've just got to be patient

As said previously, do what the physioterrorists tell you to do, no more and no less. Doing more and pushing yourself can be tempting, but also set you back. Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery.

I'm definitely having to stop myself doing things ATM and it's very frustrating
