I like the Asher, can go quite spicey, but without heat. Mr LTF worked in India eons ago, he can eat HOT goan southern Indian, bit beyond me though. Happy to try Quayside though for a change,![]()
I ate an authentic Goan vindaloo when I went there last year. I swear it was the brightest, most fierce red I've ever saw and tasted like hell on Earth but it was delicious at the same time. Finished most of it but boy, the Delhi belly I got the next day was apocalyptic.
