Where's the legitimacy when Nicola Sturgeon can potentially hold so much power over the whole of Britain when she's not even standing for Westminster herself, we know that Angus Robertson will only be the mouthpiece for her! <doh>

Fact is, you've got your own parliament which is where her jurisdiction should end as Scotland's first minister. <ok>

The country was bankrupt when Labour left office so tax rises and spending cuts were always going to happen, Labour said they'd cut spending from 2011 if re-elected.

The country is in more debt than it was in 2008, 09, 10,11, 12,13 and 14.
The Tories have borrowed more in five years than labour did in thirteen, and labour were in power when the worldwide financial crisis was at its height. This austerity isn't about balancing the books it's about the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer.

This is actually an understatement, Glory. Over the last 5 years, the tories have run up more debt than ALL PREVIOUS GOVERNMENTS COMBINED!!!!! People just don't realise how huge this is. And it's got fcuk all with what they 'inherited'.

I can provide you with the facts about the idiots running the asylum beforefor example
Before they took over Britain borrowed 3% gdp and debt of 45% when they left it was 5.1% and 51.8%
the debt was 350billion when they came into office by2007 it was 527billion and that's before the banking scandal
So they have nothing to be proud about along with the 2 wars they got us into

btw Chippy it appears that Delia Smith has been conned by Balls up as he has told her that he supports Noewich City page 12 DM yesterday!Perhaps ED doesn't know the difference between a peacock and a canary I thought he would having a bird brain!

Do us all a favour change the record, some of us want to discuss the election not your continuous ad hominem attacks on Mr Balls. By all means talk policies but please stop the absurd insults. You are better than that.

Well you've made a thread about a Daily Mail story whilst saying things like "balls up" and "liebour" (which is the same childish name calling id expect from a 5 year old) all posted with the same grammar errors and spelling errors id expect from a 10 year old.

You'd be ****ing mad for me to expect anything else really.

They have a good system out here, you write a cheque that bounces you shall be arrested and imprisoned until the debt has been cleared then deported, i think they have got it right. :grin:
