Word is, that 'Pool have sacked Rodgers to stop Chelsea appointing Klopp, in the event that Mourhino is sacked at Christmas. This theory, of course, assumes that Klopp has told 'Pool that he will take the vacant post. Otherwise, they are going to be left with an extremely motley choice of managers who have previously failed.

... according to TalkSport this morning King Kenny had a win percentage whilst in charge in the 40s ... Brenda's by contrast was, I think around 52%, and only beaten in modern times by Benitez ... just saying like ...

I think not being able to even scrape wins against Carlisle (in play) and Sion were what brought about the sack so quickly. If you can't beat them after the mony that has been invested then the owners are right, I always believed the only reason he's managed to even start this season in hte job is because Klopp ruled himself out of taking a job in hte summer as did Ancelotti, not that the either will 100% have took the job if offered.

I'd prefer Carlo over Jurgen tbh but I'm terrified of who we could end up with <laugh>

John Carver is out of work atm :bandit:

The winning penalty was scored by an ex-Spurs player, too.
Gheorghe "learned about tax dodging at Barca" Popescu.

Last time a Spurs player won anything !
Seeing as Spurs have actually won something since then, probably not, eh?
It's not even the last time that an ex-Spurs player won a trophy in a final against Arsenal, as Stephen Carr captained Birmingham in 2011.

You'd think the Gooners would remember that

I can remember all the trophies we have won since 1971 - how good is your memory as you guys haven't won anything for so long :)
