We DEFINITELY need a regional meltdown thread. That might as well be in Swahili for all it means to me. Does this site have subtitles?

you need the Big Word translation service !
I thought arsenal v spuds got heated occasionally but compared to this lot it's nothing ! They supprt the same team yet are offering each other out. Unless of course they are actually asking each other out and it's some weird regional dating ritual

The Smug One meltdown alert! Get ready for the usual abuse aimed at "corrupt" match officials.

Chavs 1 v 1 Burnley
Swansea 2 v 1 United

Let's get these meltdown parties under way!
<laugh>

We were never going to win the competition so not the exact end of the world, sucks though to be out in the last 16 again, would have been fun to make it to the last 8, but on the flip side, would this side be good enough to handle a battle for top 4 and the last 8 of Europe and maybe still being in the FA Cup semis?

:D So there's always a bright side, we can still end 3rd place in the league (where we currently sit), automatically qualifying for Europe to give it a right good crack again, and retain our FA CUP.

At the end of the day people, things could always be worse, we could be Tottenham, hahahaha, ****ing spuds.

You want to go out now so that you can get back in it again, because you've got no chance of winning it?
What a ridiculous way of looking at things.

Is it a bright side though? Do you think Arsenal are wasting a perfectly good CL spot which could be better used by another English team? You've never won the CL, you're never going to win it, and do you really want to just make up the numbers every year? And it must cause a fair few coronaries for arenal fans. I suspect that hospitals around North London recruit extra doctors around February/March? <whistle>

Yes I hear what you're saying, but as I said before tonights game, European nights are really nice and fun to look forward to, it is nice being able to play in the UCL, win or no winning it, you want to be involved.

And let's be honest, are we 'wasting' the spot? Other than Chelski, who exactly has been outperforming us in Europe amongst the English contingent? if anyone's embarrassing England it's City, they're our 'champions' and with all their money, yet still being made to look like ****, Arsenal are considered 4th or 3rd best team in England so no biggy, but when your champions are made to look like rookies, that makes you look bad and that's what you call a waste.

And at the end of the day, it's up to other teams in England to dislodge us from our top 4 position to therefore nullify us from Europe, we earn the right to play in Europe.

Spurs fans can say what they like but they haven't wxactly sealed their place in the next round of the
we-are-not-good-enough-for-CL-trophy after their 1-1 against the Italian bunch
