I was highlighting the lack of acknowledgement by Celtic supporters that they have racism issues.

In Scotland black Rangers player Mark Walters debuted on Jan. 2, 1988, in a match against Celtic. Celtic fans marked the occasion by throwing bananas and making monkey noises, with some even wearing tuxedos — or “monkey suits” — to the match. Stop looking for politically correct, good sounding reasons for this kind of unacceptable racists behavior and rather find ways to retire it to the past.

Dev , well played mate . I am leaving this thread . I detect the last three months of administration and the knowing of death of their horrible club , has got them not thinking straight . It's Celtic fans are welcome anywhere and have won FIFA and UEFA awards to show for it . Rangers fans are generally known throughout the world as scum , have two riots after European finals and a appearance on crimewatch to show for it .

Rangers have some totally disgusting fans connected with the club, such as those that were singing about the late tommy burns. but the flip side is that for every 1 idiot there are 10 that are the polar opposite. the same goes for celtic, i personally know a group of celtic fans the refuse to believe what happened to some of the youth players such as alan brazil. surely child abuse is more reprehensible than racism? personally i think they are both disgusting and anyone that does either should be shot.
