Charlton's oppenents this weekend at the Valley come in the form of Blackpool who pretty soon could be managerless with Michael Appleton looking Blackburn bound after opening talks today. well there really is no loyalty in football these days, he's only been at Blackpool a matter of weeks! Anyway last week we went down 1-0 to Huddersfield but this was in the Fa Cup and should not have any affect on our league form in my opinion. Blackpool were also in Fa cup action and drew 1-1 away to Fulham.

When we played Blackpool earlier in the season they were flying high and we were in a bad run and I fully expected us to lose however the team completely surprised me and put in a great performance to win 2-0 with goals from Solly and Cort. These days I feel more confident about us playing away from home but I still think we can win this game Blackpool are in a bad run and have not won in 5 and I reckon they will be unsettled with the news that yet another manager may be leaving them.
