Well seeing the TV highlights it’s clear it was a penalty and a red card for Madine.
Looking back again in the game our was our manager at fault for not changing it when Blackpool did? Their 2 subs and a change to lumping it up worked whilst Hudson just watched as his overworked and knackered 2 man midfield faded and we were far less attacking after the hour.
Stating that though we should have been so far ahead at the break none of the above should have been relevant.

Ridiculous rule.Just a quick report to draw a line under that Madine stamp on Ng.
Apparently the FA can take no retrospective action because the referee spotted it and decided to give Madine just a yellow - so that's the end of that.
Earlier in the season, Madine was given a retrospective 3 match ban for violent conduct. He did much the same thing deliberately standing on the ankle of a Blackburn player. It wasn't spotted by the ref at the time, but subsequent video evidence was sufficient for the FA to impose the ban.
These rules need to change - if he's done something dangerous and not been properly punished, why the difference?
Ridiculous rule.
Blackpool should do the job of the FA and sanction him.
Plus the FA should ban the referee.
